The Most Family-Friendly City In Florida

family-friendly city
Coral Gables was the lone Florida city to be named in the top 15 most family-friendly cities in a recent publication.

Finding a great home in the current housing market can be challenging, particularly given the tight inventory seen across the country. Add in a family and this challenge becomes even more difficult. Nowadays, it is common for a family home to require two office spaces for both parents working remotely while also providing good school zones and a low crime rate. Recently, the site opendoor.com published their list of top family-friendly cities.

Summary

It is safe to say that this list can certainly be contested. In particular, one key factor that was not analyzed when producing this ranking was crime. As we near a mid-term election in November, it is apparent that crime is a key factor in many American voters’ minds. When determining a family-friendly city, crime levels should always be factored in. Nonetheless, Coral Gables was the one Florida city to make this top 15 list of most family-friendly cities. With this said, we can certainly make the case for many South Florida cities joining this list. Are you looking to relocate to South Florida with a family?
