Highland Beach Recent Condo Townhouse Sales

Highland Beach Condos for Sale

Thinking about buying a condo in Highland Beach, Florida? Recent sales show just how much variety exists within this exclusive oceanfront community—and why understanding the differences between buildings, views, amenities and individual residences is so important before making an offer.

During the latest three-month period ending September 13, 2026, sales of Highland Beach condos and townhomes with at least 2,000 square feet ranged from approximately $890,000 to $2.29 million.

Why Buyers Are Drawn to Highland Beach

Highland Beach occupies a remarkable stretch of coastline between Boca Raton and Delray Beach. It offers something increasingly difficult to find in South Florida: a primarily residential oceanfront community with convenient access to the restaurants, shopping, entertainment and amenities of both neighboring cities.

Highland Beach Condos for Buyers Who Want Direct Oceanfront Living

For many buyers, Highland Beach is all about waking up to the Atlantic Ocean.

One of the properties I am currently representing is 4605 S Ocean Blvd, Residence 5A at Parker Highland, a direct-oceanfront residence offering approximately 2,600 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, multiple balconies and spectacular ocean views.

Parker Highland is especially appealing to buyers who prefer the privacy and character of a boutique oceanfront building rather than a large condominium complex.

Residence 5A is currently offered at $2,195,000 following a significant $200,000 price reduction.

For buyers comparing larger Highland Beach residences in the $2 million-plus range, I believe this property deserves serious consideration—particularly when evaluated alongside the recent sales shown above.

Want Ocean Views and Intracoastal Views?

Another Highland Beach opportunity is Villa Nova Residence 14N at 3505 S Ocean Blvd.

This approximately 2,600-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence offers something many South Florida buyers specifically seek: views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

The residence features private elevator access, multiple exposures, two garage spaces and a recently renovated primary bathroom. Villa Nova also has just two residences per floor, creating a level of privacy that can be difficult to find in larger condominium buildings.

For buyers who value generous interior space and water views in both directions, Residence 14N offers a compelling alternative to some of Highland Beach’s newer and considerably more expensive oceanfront residences.

Want the Beach in Front and Your Boat in Back?

Not every Highland Beach buyer wants a traditional high-rise condominium.

At 4310 S Ocean Blvd, Apt. B, buyers have an entirely different opportunity: a 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence in an intimate four-unit building, located across from the beach and offering dockage for approximately a 22-foot boat.

That combination is particularly interesting for a buyer who wants to enjoy both sides of the Highland Beach lifestyle.

Spend the morning at the beach. Keep your boat steps from home.

The residence also includes a washer and dryer, two parking spaces including one covered space, pet-friendly living and the ability to rent immediately up to twice per year.

Is Now a Good Time to Buy a Highland Beach Condo?

For the right buyer, this is an excellent time to compare opportunities carefully.

The recent sales data illustrate why buyers shouldn’t evaluate a Highland Beach condo based solely on asking price or price per square foot. A residence selling for $600 per square foot isn’t automatically a better value than one selling for $800 per square foot.

You have to understand what you’re getting for that price.

I help my buyers compare recent sales while also looking closely at the factors that can materially affect value: building quality and financial condition, assessments, HOA fees, insurance, reserve funding, renovations, floor and exposure, ocean versus Intracoastal views, parking, beach access, boating options and resale potential.

That analysis can uncover properties that may represent opportunities the numbers alone don’t reveal.
